Payments
- 25 % of the rent of the boat in the booking,
- 75 % of the rent and the totality of the options 60 days before the departure date.
Cancellation fees
Over 90 days before departure = € 350.
Between 89 and 60 days prior to departure = 25 % of the cost of your cruise
59 days and less prior to departure = 100% of the cost of your cruise
Guarantee
All our boats adhere to a very strict maintenance programme. However, should a technical incident occur, despite our quality controls, we are committed to intervening within 4 hours of your call to the base, if this takes place during the office’s opening hours (from 08.00 hours to 17.00 hours). If you lose over 4 hours (during the office’s opening hours) we will pay you back for a full day. If the repair requires longer than a day, we will exchange your boat for a similar one or one from a superior category or we will pay you back pro rata at the tariff paid for the charter. In the event of an emergency, you can call our hotline 7 days a week.
